These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Backseat Buddy online store and to any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. THE STORE
The store is operated by Backseat Buddy and runs on the Shopify platform. You can contact us at backseatbuddy@hotmail.com.

2. PRODUCTS
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors and small details may vary slightly because of screens and production batches. Product images may show the item in use for illustration purposes.

3. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Backseat Buddy is a seat protector and back seat extender. It is not a crash-tested safety restraint. Always secure your dog with a harness and a suitable seatbelt tether, follow the installation instructions, and never leave your dog unattended in a vehicle.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include any taxes shown there. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you order.

5. ORDERS
An order is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING
Shipping times and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. DISCOUNTS
Pack discounts and promotions apply only as shown at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.

9. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or ignoring the safety guidance above. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store (texts, images, logo and design) belongs to Backseat Buddy or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
