30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you and your dog to love your Backseat Buddy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at backseatbuddy@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns we were not told about.

CONDITIONS
- The item must be returned with all its parts (cover, support boards, straps and seatbelt tether).
- It should be clean and in good condition, ideally in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We will send you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. In many cases you will not need to send the item back.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund. Shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

EXCHANGES
If you would like a different color, contact us and we will help you. The simplest way is usually to return the item you have and place a new order for the color you want.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to that right.
